This isn’t about parents doing something wrong . . . it’s about being parents in the first place!
I keep ragging about parents who kill their children. I have always thought that if a parent doesn’t want to have children they should decide that before they do have them. That isn’t the case here.
I am not going to state whether these parents should have decided to have children (they shouldn’t have), should be allowed to kill them (no), or get into trouble for what happened (yes, they should). This is about these two people as people!
I know the headline points out that they shot their child while fighting for a gun and there is the crux of the problem! We aren’t supposed to be talking about them shooting their child: WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE TALKING ABOUT THEM ARGUING OVER A GUN!!!
What the hell is wrong with these two people? How did their parents raise them? How did their parents give them the right of passage to go out into the world? Who the hell ever said they were mature enough to get married? Who the hell ever said THEY COULD HAVE CHILDREN???
Get the picture?
