Yes, I grew up on the South Side of Chicago but did so when being bad meant to fight with your fists or shoplift. Sure there was alcohol and drugs and things that were worse than what I just mentioned but here is a young man who escaped custody while in leg chains and having no shoes! And, still, many days later they haven’t caught him. They will, hopefully, before he gets killed or kills someone else.
Yes, the rules have changed about what being bad was in the ’50s to what they are now BUT THAT ISN’T THE POINT!!!
