The parents were responsible but the classmates did their job for them!

The above is what one of the police officers said to thank “our system” near the end of the video news post.
I am not faulting the officer for saying that – not at all. As a matter of fact, it was some of this girl’s classmates who brought her to the school’s authorities’ attention. Bravo!

The child’s classmates noticed WHAT THE PARENTS SHOULD HAVE!
WHY THE “F” ARE WE HAPPY WHEN PARENTS BRING CHILDREN INTO THIS WORLD AND DO NOT RAISE THEM PROPERLY?
And, what worked? How many children were THOSE parents allowed to have?
Are they in jail?
