Week of 12/23/19 – Blog Post 0021: There is a difference between saying something that is politically incorrect and something that is just stupid.

Yes, we all say both. That’s not why I am bringing this up.

I probably do not have a legitimate reason to add this as a news post. I have said many things in my life that are politically incorrect and I have said many things that were just downright stupid. I would like to think with age I have cut both of those idiocies down, though.

The reason I really added it was because (even though it was only one person who we know of that joked about this although there are probably many) someone in our society did joke about a school shooting.

I don’t care what kind of killing we are speaking of (or joking about) – if it really happened (and a person someplace at some time actually did get killed by another human being) – then it is not funny. This type of statement has to qualify as one of the stupid ones.

We need to get to a time in our lives (or the lives that come after ours) in this world when death by human-killing-human does not happen.

I am not God. I never said I was. You are probably not God. You probably never said you were. Therefore, neither I nor you have all of the answers. (No, I am NOT getting into a debate right now about if there even is a God or which one is the real one!)

But at least I am trying to come up with a start to getting some answers.

Won’t you help?
